Johovah's Witnesses in CA

So I guess in CA they just write you letters instead of coming to your door? It was kind of weird seeing this piece of mail in my box. I was curious as to who it was from.... Then how disappointing... Johova's Witnesses. It's like back home when they would come to your door and you are all excited like, is it the Girl Scouts? Did I finally get my cookies I've been waiting for?? Then, NOOOO, its the Johavah's Witnesses! Such discontentment. 

Wow.

Ever heard of this? Pay-Per-View funerals... I want one of these so people can see mine world wide! Leave it up to the English to figure this one out. Sick bastards....

I watched the Twins win in San Diego today!!

My first Baseball game in an outdoor stadium!! The Petco Park and my home team won! Way to go Twins! 4-3. An amazing 419 ft home run by Morneau in the 4th blew it open to get another 2 runs and shut the Padre's down! Oh! It was a great experience to see another Baseball park. It makes me want to experience more like my friends the Bishops. They are friends of the family who like to travel around and make it to as many parks as they can. I wonder how many they have been to now.... Anyways, I want to go see an Angels game next. That one is real close to where I live. I don't even care if they play the Twins either.

Well I know I haven't written in a while. The internet wasn't readily accessible the few times I had a moment to spare on this trip. As short as the trip was, I'm sure it was a months worth of stuff that I fit into it! I want to thank everyone for making schedules work and carting my ass around since I didn't have a car. I want to thank everyone for their gifts and hospitality as well. It all means so much to me. So next time I'm in town lets go to Big Bowl!

Saturday funday!

Not drunk!! Really!

Haha so Galen and Chrissy are married!! I'm proud of them. They love each other so much! Now they are in Italy on the Amalfi Coast! I'm jealous! That is such an amazing area of the planet there is no way they can't have a great time! Best of luck to them!

Jack!!

Other than being busy from midnight to midnight.... I tried to post but when I went to do it the server I work off of was down. Oh well. Here is a picture of Jack and I the day I met him! He is an amazing child! We just need to get him to smile more... Haha. Yesterday was a busy day! Saw a lot of my friends and hung out with the fam all day! I'm sure today will be filled with more adventures. It is a surreal feeling being back in MN. I'll tell you more about it later.

I don't know if I'm ready yet... Haha. Today I chilled out at the pool for a little while. I'm all ready to go. I worked a half day and it is like 85 here and a little hot so I went swimming!!! It better be nice weather in MN....

Thank you Fathers...

This is my reward for Fathers Day. Thanks to all you Fathers out there I get a phat deal on rib eyes! I bought 4.5 lbs for $18.00. I bought 3 of them. These things are so big it is like grilling up a small cow. I couldn't eat the whole thing! I drank all the wine though. I come through where it counts. Haha.

Tiger Woods....

This I tell you was amazing to watch. Not only was this an awesome course and just to be out there and experience the energy and excitement of a US Open, but to be there on the 18th hole and watch this Eagle putt sink into the hole was one in a million. This video doesn't do it justice but it was one of the most incredible feats I have ever witnessed. So watch the video. Tiger had an amazing day. Especially after his double bogey on the first hole. What a comeback.

Sleep.

This is a video I took last night night before I went to sleep. The sounds that everyone hears before they sleep are never the same. Even if you live next to each other or if you are in two separate rooms. The sounds that you fall asleep to are never the same. They are as unique as fingerprints.

US Open!

Guess what I'm doing on Saturday! The people over at Callaway where I've been shooting for the past month and a half or so are a big sponsor of the US Open this year. Random Thought Day.

I think I'm going to start this as a reoccurring theme if it goes over well.... Ok. Random. Here it goes.

This one is lame but I'm curious and I can't let it go. The guy who invented the keyboard's last name was Qwerty. True fact. He put his name in the top left of the keyboard. Check it out. I am curious to what his first name is? That is such a weird last name I wonder if it is Cornelius or something just jacked up. If anyone finds out let me know!

Practical Joke

Wouldn't this be a great practical joke for the ghetto? They turn their car on... Put it in drive... then release the brake... BAM BAM BAM!!! I just can't stop laughing!!! I need to try this on a friend...

Trip to MN!

I'm coming back to MN! I have a plane ticket to fly out of LAX Thursday morn the 19th. I'll be in town for the weekend and I fly out Tues night. The main reason for coming home is the Baptism of my nephew on Sunday. So if anyone wants to join us drop me a line and I will give you more info! Also my good friend Galen is getting married on Friday and we are going to be partying it up into the wee hours of the morning!!! There is also a possibility of my cousin Cory's bachelor party being Sat night. Damn how does what little time I have fill up with so many things to do!

Races!

So here is some video from the races today. It is an exhilarating experience to be there first hand and watch these races! It has definitely changed my opinion on racing. I'm still not into Nascar so much since that is just round and round on asphalt but dirt racing and jumping is way more exciting. You will have to experience it for yourselves!

Great day.

So I was up early this morning and went out to ride some waves at HB. It was great! But I got tired fast. So Matt is on a health kick and we went to go try a new vegan restaurant a block down from my apartment and I had the Portobello Mushroom Tacos. These were really good! I can honestly say it was my first time even being in a vegan restaurant let alone trying the food! After we ate we went and played a round of frisbee golf. A very busy morning! Now I can relax and enjoy the sun!

Matty is picking me up early in the AM and we're hitting up the surf at HB! After we catch a few waves we're going to go frolf. On Sunday I'm meeting up with HD in Pomona for some races! Worms!

The English folk.

Here Jeff and I are standing with the English folk in front of Huntington Beach Pier. Stewart and Jeff just got done getting some surfing lessons from my buddies. We had a great weekend. With running around to Hollywood a few times, Venice, LA, and HB we saw a ton and experienced more! Its always a good time in Southern Cali! Hit me up if you wanna come visit!

It's a boy!!

Uncork the Champagne! My sister had her baby!! Everything is fine now, there were a few complications though. So as I heard the word we were at Huntington Beach having a bonfire and we broke out the Moet! It was the last night the English folk were in town. After a long day of Surfing and a great dinner at the Mac Grill we decided to have a fire and relax.
